Our remote support is available in German or English.
- Mo–Fr (from 08.00 till 18.00) CHF 2.70/Min.
- Other times and bank holidays CHF 5.00/Min.

On-site support
Would you prefer to have PC support at your location? In strict compliance with the hygiene measures (mask and distance from all parties involved, as well as well-ventilated rooms), we work where you wish for CHF 40.00 for every quarter hour or part thereof plus a flat-rate fee (CHF 75.00 outside office hours). Call us to make an on-site support.
Important: The reserved period also includes travel times. Please allow enough time for our travel from and to Thun when making an appointment. We only charge you for the time we actually work at your location.
